Clover Talent are partnered with a growing commercial finance business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for somebody who knows how to motivate a team, improve performance and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Commercial finance experience is beneficial, but not essential, strong sales leaders from other sectors will also be considered.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, improving processes and helping drive revenue growth as the business continues to scale.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in developing team performance, reporting on KPIs and building a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
• Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
• Monitor KPIs, activity and conversion performance
• Coach and develop team members
• Improve sales processes and CRM discipline
• Produce regular sales reports
• Support with complex or high-value deals
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales management or team leadership
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and sales performance
• Experience managing pipelines and improving conversions
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Commercially driven and highly organised
• Commercial finance, lending or asset finance experience
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
• Experience growing or scaling sales teams
