We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new industrial build project based in Stoke-on-Trent, commencing in June 2026 for an anticipated duration of approximately 30 weeks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in industrial or commercial builds to take ownership of a fast-paced project from site mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and coordination of the project programme
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Managing client relationships and project reporting
- Coordinating with design and commercial teams
- Monitoring quality control and compliance standards
- Chairing site meetings and driving programme performance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme deadlines
