The Role:

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes to learning
- Working collaboratively with support staff, parents and the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting (desirable)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential
- A proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
